1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website of HongYaDa Steel Wire ("we," "us," or "our") or placing an order for our products, including but not limited to Cold Drawn Steel Wire and Black Annealed Wire, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the website or use any services.
2 Products and Specifications
We strive to display as accurately as possible the specifications, diameters, tensile strengths, and surface conditions of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color or texture will be accurate.
- Customization: Custom orders for specific wire diameters (0.4mm - 12mm), tensile strengths, or packaging are subject to final confirmation by our technical team.
- Tolerances: All manufacturing is subject to standard industry tolerances unless specific precision requirements are agreed upon in a written contract.
3 Ordering and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in raw material costs (steel).
- Payment Terms: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms will be specified in the proforma invoice.
4 Shipping and Delivery
We supply customers worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or unforeseen logistics issues.
5 Intellectual Property
The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited.
6 Limitation of Liability
In no case shall HongYaDa Steel Wire, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products.
Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order shall be limited to the total price of your order.
